Application of temperature-sensitive biomaterial "Smart Protective Adhesive" in tympanic membrane repair surgery

The application of thermosensitive biomaterial "Smart Protective Gel" combined with air suspension technology in tympanic membrane repair surgery has been clinically validated for significant results. The use of "Smart Protective Adhesive" is crucial for tympanic cavity closure, especially for achieving a tight and long-term fit to the irregular terrain of the tympanic membrane repair edge. Utilizing the temperature-sensitive and adhesive properties of "Smart Protective Adhesive," a tight fit to the irregular terrain of the tympanic membrane repair edge becomes a reality. This accelerates epithelialization of the repair wound, reduces postoperative air leakage, and eliminates ear fullness. It can be used for simultaneous bilateral surgery, local anesthesia, and for patients who cannot cooperate with surgery (children). It provides a new option for ear canal surgery.
