"Smart Protective Gel" combined with PRP for the treatment of radiation ulcer cases

After radiotherapy for the tumor, the palm of the patient developed ulcers and pus discharge for more than a year. Conventional dressing changes were ineffective, and the patient was referred to the oncology department.
